We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. 

Refusal/cancellation of orders

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Deposits

If a customer wishes to place an order for an item/s which is currently out of stock at the time of placing the order, Viva Designs requests that a 25% deposit is made by the customer via Debit/Credit card, in order to 'reserve' the item. . You will be given an estimated in-stock date at the point of ordering.

You will be asked for the final balance once your item is ready and before delivery.
